Hello there

Hi, I'm Dina — a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker

I work with clients ages 3 and up, and specialize in helping women and young adults explore their values, identity, and emotional well-being. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, or an eating disorder, my goal is to walk alongside you as you build self-acceptance and resilience.

As a therapist and someone with cross-cultural experience, I hear the quiet weight of isolation and the longing to belong. My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and grounded in curiosity.

Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It's about helping you understand yourself more deeply, advocate for your needs, and create lasting change.

My Approach

No two clients move through therapy the same way. I draw from several modalities and adapt them to what you need most.

Narrative Therapy

Re-authoring the stories you tell about yourself and your life.

Person-Centered

Unconditional support, led by your pace and priorities.

Psychodynamic

Understanding present patterns through past experience.

Trauma-Informed

Safety and pacing at the center of every session.

CBT

Identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns.

Solution-Focused

Building practical steps toward the change you want.

Motivational Interviewing

Strengthening your own motivation for change.

Culturally Sensitive Care

Honoring the cross-cultural experience — isolation, identity, and belonging.

A Note on Culture & Belonging

“Therapy should feel like a place where every part of you — including your culture, your story, your history — is welcome.”
